Part of the 5 Star Group, a holding company for manufacturing and property management companies, Walsoken Properties was formed to purchase and operate the Broadend Industrial Estate site, on the outskirts of the Fenland market town of Wisbech. Since acquiring the site, we have invested heavily in upgrading many of the areas including new fencing, LED lighting, CCTV monitoring, signage and security gates. Investment is ongoing to ensure the site remains in good condition, attractive and most importantly...safe!
The site is protected by automatically-operated gates at two access points, one of which accommodates articulated vehicles.
A number of companies occupy the site, including Pioneer Foods Ltd., Easypack/POP Displays Ltd., 5 Star Cases Ltd. and Mossman Trunks Ltd.
Container storage rental is part of our facilities and we are currently adding more units at the site, which will be available soon.
